If your dog food arrives a day late or damage, make sure that you get a signed affidavit from the driver indicating the damaged. If the package is on time but damage on the outside , make sure that all food containers are undamaged, closed and cold. It’s safe to freeze it. Do not report a damage claim if the food is good even if is late a day. Please, after you have obtained the driver affidavit and informed us about the damaged and spoiled food, please do not return the food in any way, disposed properly in accordance with the local Sanitation laws. This food is made with ingredients all approved by the FDA, so it can be dispose just like regular household food waste.

We guarantee that your custom homemade dog food order will be filled according to your specifications and will arrive in consumable healthy condition. If it doesn't, we will either refund your money or replace the items at no additional cost, whichever you prefer. (Please read about the refund policy and no return) Shipping is via UPS 3 day delivery. We ship all orders on Monday and Tuesday for delivery by Friday. You are advised to place your Oder by Monday to insure a 3 day delivery .Orders place from Wednesday through Sunday will be ship Monday. You will be contacted by customer service if your order cannot be shipped as specified.

We use plenty of dry ice and an insulated box packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen or in cold state acceptable for immediate freezing by the recipient. We can get your dog food shipped to you overnight or 2 days delivery at additional cost. When you place your order you will have the option to select your own delivery options. As you finalize your order and select your arrival date, the appropriate shipping and handling charge will be applied. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following delivery options: As you checkout and provide shipping address information, we will give you an approximate arrivaldate.

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Holistic dog kitchen com must be notified within 48 hours in any case that the food is spoiled by transit. We do every effort to get all products to you within the 3 day delivery time. All food has been pack frozen to last about 4 days and still be cold enough to be put on your freezer. Please do not use any food that has being opened and damaged by the carrier. Let the driver knows about lateness and damaged delivery. Ask for damaged affidavit and have the driver signed… E-Mail us back with the date and time of delivery, name of the driver or number. It will be a great help if you can take a quick phone or digital camera picture of the damaged product and attached to you email. For refund to be issued for goods damaged in transit, customer must provide an affidavit with description of damage signed by driver.
After you have obtained the driver affidavit and inform us about the damage package or spoiled food. Please do not return the food in any way, disposed properly in accordance with house hold sanitation laws. This food is made with ingredients all approved by the FDA, so it can be dispose just like regular household food waste.

We ship monthly customers well in advanced to make sure that your dog has food all the times. UPS orders will be scheduled for shipping within 24-48 hours. Air shipment orders will depend on flight schedules and onboard availability.

Please understand that our no return policy is base in your honesty and judgment of what is fair for all parties and to keep prices down for the benefit of your dog. We know that in this world of ours, there is always someone who believes that can get something for nothing. If we have reasons to believe that a person is committing any kind of fraudulent transaction, that account will be notified and closed for ever. All information given to us will be retained in our data base to be macht against any other attempts. We will not tolerate dishonesty and abuse of any kind.
